My Neighbor, Adolf

My Neighbor Adolf is an Israeli and Polish comedy-drama film set in 1960s South America. Polsky (David Hayman) is a Holocaust survivor who lives alone and enjoys solitude. However, their isolation is shaken by the arrival of a new neighbor, Mr. Herzog (Udo Kier). Immediately, Polsky is suspicious of the man, and believes him to be, in fact, Adolf Hitler. Despite the accusations, no one believes the man, and he decides to start an investigation of his own to prove his theory. But when Polsky hits a dead end, he’s forced to strike up a friendship with Herzog to get definitive proof.
